Welcome to the Audiology Department at Harvard Vanguard Medical Associates. Our team treats patients with hearing loss, tinnitus (ringing, noises in the ear), vertigo, ear infections, speech/language delay, as well as any other hearing-related issue.

When was the last time you had a hearing test?
Often patients say they have not had a hearing test since grade school. There are several signs of hearing loss, which may include:

• Frequently asking people to repeat themselves
• Difficulty hearing in noisy situations
• Tinnitus (ringing, noises in the ear)
• Using lip reading as cues
• Poor articulation, especially in children
• Speech/language delay
• Turning volume up on TV or radio
• Mishearing what people are saying
• Family members noticing you speak in a loud volume
• Failed newborn hearing screening

We work closely with the Speech Language Pathology and Otolaryngology (Ear, Nose Throat) departments.

Patients have access to Audiology services at our Cambridge, Chelmsford, Kenmore, and Medford, Quincy, and Wellesley locations.
