Speech/Language Pathology at Harvard Vanguard Medical Associates

Welcome to the Speech/Language Pathology Department at Harvard Vanguard Medical Associates. Our team provides evaluation and intervention for speech, language, voice, feeding, and swallowing disorders in both adult and pediatric populations. We evaluate and treat patients with:

• Language delays and disorders
• Articulation/phonological disorders
• Childhood Apraxia of Speech
• Aphasia
• Dysarthria 
• Stuttering
• Voice disorders
• Feeding disorders
• Dysphagia (swallowing disorder)
• Cognitive-language disorders

Our interventions include not only direct therapy with the patient, but also education of the patient's family regarding disorders and how to support continued improvement, development, and/or function outside of our clinical setting.

We work closely with the Audiology and Otolaryngology (Ear, Nose Throat) departments.

Patients have access to Speech/Language Pathology services at our Chelmsford, Kenmore, and Medford, Quincy, Somerville, and Wellesley locations.
