Harvard Vanguard Medical Associates Appoints Daniel Michaud Vice President of Human Resources

Newton, MA - (September 2010) - Harvard Vanguard Medical Associates, a nonprofit multi-specialty medical group providing care to 460,000 adult and pediatric patients at more than 20 offices across eastern Massachusetts, is pleased to announce that Daniel A. Michaud has been appointed Vice President of Human Resources.

Michaud comes to Harvard Vanguard Medical Associates from Women & Infants Hospital in Providence, Rhode Island where he served as Vice President of Human Resources with responsibility for human resources, organizational development, volunteers and employee health. Previously, he served in a senior human resources leadership role at Wesleyan University and was Corporate Regional Vice President at Caritas Christi Health Care System.

Michaud is active in several state and national human resources organizations.

He graduated from the University of Maine with a bachelor’s degree in political science and a master’s degree in public administration.
