Our Affiliation with HealthOne Care System
Harvard Vanguard Medical Associates has affiliated with four other leading physician groups:
- Dedham Medical Associates
- Granite Medical Group
- Southboro Medical Group, and
- South Shore Medical Center
Each affiliate will continue to serve its own patients as we work together on some important initiatives to further improve health care in eastern Massachusetts.
Your relationship with your physician is not affected by this change. As part of our collaboration, the HealthOne affiliates will share the electronic medical record that has been an important contributor to patient safety and improved care at Harvard Vanguard for many years. Please be assured that each of the HealthOne affiliates is committed to protecting the privacy, confidentiality and security of your health information.
- Access to clinical information will be expressly restricted to the staff involved in your care or who need the information for payment or health care operations purposes.
- Each affiliate complies with all applicable federal and state law regarding the use and disclosure of your health information.
