Reproductive Endocrinologists

Dr. Grace Lee is a board-certified obstetrician and gynecologist and a subspecialist in reproductive endocrinology and infertility. Dr. Lee received her medical degree from Robert Wood Johnson Medical School in New Jersey. She completed her residency and internship at Cooper Hospital/University Medical Center in Camden, New Jersey, and completed her fellowship at Yale University School of Medicine. Prior to joining Harvard Vanguard, Dr. Lee was a member of the Yale faculty for eight years and was in private practice in Princeton, New Jersey, for five years. She was also the recipient of the National Institutes for Health Research Scientist Development Program award. |

Dr. Mahmood Niaraki Dr. Niaraki received his medical degree from the University of Tehran where he also completed an internship. He completed his residency at the University of Michigan Affiliated Hospitals in Ann Arbor and a fellowship in reproductive endocrinology and infertility at Wayne State University in Michigan. Dr. Niaraki is the co-founder of the fertility and reproductive health practice at Harvard Vanguard Medical Associates. |

Dr. Charles Obasiolu is a board-certified obstetrician and gynecologist and a subspecialist in reproductive endocrinology and infertility. Dr. Obasiolu received his medical degree from the University of Utah College of Medicine. He completed his residency and internship at Hutzell Hospital - Wayne State University Affiliated Hospitals in Detroit, Michigan and completed his fellowship at the University of Illinois Hospital in Chicago. Prior to joining Harvard Vanguard, Dr. Obasiolu was an Assistant Professor in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Illinois at Chicago. His areas of clinical interest include assisted reproductive technologies, polycystic ovarian syndrome and minimally invasive pelvic surgery. He also publishes and lectures on many of these topics. Dr. Obasiolu is an active member of the American Society of Reproductive Medicine, Society of Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility, the Endocrine Society and New England Fertility Society. Dr. Obasiolu is the Chief of the Department of Fertility and Reproductive Health at Harvard Vanguard Medical Associates. |

Dr. Christine Skiadas A native of Boston’s South Shore, Dr. Skiadas received her medical degree from The University of Pennsylvania. She completed her Obstetrics and Gynecology residency at the combined residency program of Brigham and Women’s Hospital and Massachusetts General Hospital and her fellowship in reproductive endocrinology and infertility at Brigham and Women’s Hospital. Dr. Skiadas has presented at multiple international conferences and is a published author on numerous topics including embryo selection and single embryo transfer. Dr. Skiadas prioritizes the patient experience, delivering focused medical care with a personalized, caring approach to treatment. In addition, Dr. Skiadas is skilled in robotic surgical techniques and can provide her patients with the highest level of modern, operative care. |

Dr. Stephen Lazarou is a board-certified urologist. Dr. Stephen Lazarou is a Clinical Instructor of Urology at Harvard Medical School. He completed his fellowship in male infertility and sexual medicine (andrology) at the Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston. He is board certified by the American Board of Urology. Dr. Lazarou specializes in the full range of evaluations and treatments of male reproductive issues with an emphasis on fertility preservation for cancer patients, treatment of severe male factor infertility, treatment of men with clinical hypogonadism (symptoms of low testosterone), as well as sexual dysfunction. He is trained in advanced microsurgery of the male reproductive system. He has also lectured nationally and internationally on various topics in male reproductive and sexual medicine before medical and patient groups. |

Dr. Susan Pauker is board-certified in pediatrics and medical genetics. Dr. Susan Pauker has been with Harvard vanguard for over 35 years and is board-certified in Pediatrics and in Medical Genetics. She currently serves as chief of Harvard Vanguard's genetics program, serving all Harvard Vanguard patients and practices. Dr. Pauker attended Tufts University School of Medicine in Boston, and completed her internship, residency, and fellowship at Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston. Her clinical interests include Marfan syndrome, prenatal diagnostic decision-making, clinical ethics, and teaching Harvard Medical School students. She is a founding fellow of the American College of Medical Genetics. She also enjoys playing violin with the Longwood Symphony Orchestra. |

Sharon Steinberg, RN, MS, CS, offers individual, couples, and mind/body group therapy. She helps patients cope with infertility and its treatment. Sharon joined Harvard Vanguard in 1972. She is a graduate of the University of California San Francisco Medical Center where she received her undergraduate degree in nursing and her graduate degree in psychiatric-mental health nursing. She was also a Fellow in Medical Ethics at Harvard Medical School. |

Lauren attended Boston University as an undergraduate and joined Harvard Vanguard in 2008. She continued to attend school and received her RN degree from Simmons College School of Nursing in 2011. She enjoys dance, running, and her family, which also led her to this field: “I chose fertility because family is very important to me, and I want to help others create and foster families of their own.” |

Christine joined Harvard Vanguard Medical Associates in 2007 and had previously worked in the neonatal ICU at Brigham and Women’s Hospital for 20 years. Christine attended the New England School of Nursing, Quincy College. Her clinical interests include egg freezing and fertility preservation in patients with cancer. When asked why she chose the field of fertility: “The field of Fertility and Endocrinology is challenging and ever-changing, giving me the opportunity to make a difference in people’s lives. Whether it's through teaching, providing care or supporting a patient or a couple, each aspect of care allows me to give personally of myself and feel rewarded at the end of the day, knowing I made a difference.” Christine enjoys boating, cycling and hockey in her spare time. |

Nicole joined Harvard Vanguard in March 2011. She received her Associate’s Degree in Nursing at Becker College and her Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from Salem State University in 2010. Nicole has previous experience in Fertility. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, dance, zumba, and traveling. “I chose the field of fertility because it is fascinating to me and always evolving. I enjoy building relationships with patients by closely interacting with couples through teaching and support. Working in fertility is a very rewarding experience, knowing that I have helped couples achieve their dreams of having a family.” |

Sue Driscoll, RN, graduated from Salem Hospital School of Nursing. She has had a long career history in women’s health, including labor and delivery and general OB/Gyn. Sue is a mother of 4 and a grandmother of 7 (and counting). She enjoys working out at her daughter-in-law’s fitness studio (spinning classes and free weights) and has done iron man competitions and 10 K races. She also loves gardening, traveling, and spoiling her grandchildren. Sue became interested in infertility because she enjoys teaching and supporting her patients, helping couples achieve a pregnancy, and being such a big part of a couple’s “life plan.” |

Tracy joined Harvard Vanguard in 2011 but has 14 years of prior experience in the field of infertility at Reproductive Science Center and Milford Regional Medical Center. She earned her degree at Massachusetts Bay Community College and has clinical interests in fertility and broadly in women’s health. Tracy lives with her husband and 2 children, ages 17 and 20. |

Jacqueline joined Harvard Vanguard in 2007. Concurrent to her time at Harvard Vanguard, she has worked at Reproductive Science Center. Prior to that, Jacqueline worked at Mass General Hospital in acute care and was a traveling, acute care nurse in California and Hawaii. She graduated from Northeastern University in 1989. “I chose the field of fertility because I have a great sense of compassion for patients hoping to become parents, and I enjoy being a part of this professional team that supports patients in achieving their goals.” In her free time, Jacqueline enjoys yoga practice and spending time with family and friends. | |
