The Peabody practice of Harvard Vanguard Medical Associates has been caring for patients since 1983. The office is conveniently located off Route 128 behind the North Shore Mall. Our driveway is next to the U.S. Post Office building.
Our Peabody practice provides primary care for adults and children and a wide range of medical and surgical specialty care. Our practice has relationships with leading academic and community hospitals including Beverly Hospital, Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, Lahey Clinic, and Boston Children’s Hospital.
Peabody Hours of Operation
Our building is open from 8:00am – 7:00pm during the week (6:00pm on Fridays). Department appointment hours can vary, so please refer to the department times below or call a specialty department listed in the right-hand menu.

24/7 Medical Advice
Medical advice is available to Harvard Vanguard patients by telephone 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If you need medical advice after office hours, please call your doctor's office. Follow the phone prompts to be routed to our after-hours triage service staffed by Harvard Vanguard nurse practitioners and physician assistants with access to your electronic medical record. Weekend & Holiday Urgent Care
All Harvard Vanguard patients have access to adult and pediatric weekend and holiday urgent care at 6 regionally located practices (Braintree, Chelmsford, Kenmore, Peabody, Somerville, and Wellesley). Unless it is a life-threatening emergency (in which case you should call 911), you can use our weekend and holiday urgent care hours for most health-related situations.
