College Health Services

Harvard Vanguard Medical Associates, building on our long-term commitment to providing health care to the community, operates health services for colleges and universities near our practice locations in eastern Massachusetts.

Harvard Vanguard offers a broad range of primary care, urgent care, and basic OB/GYN medical services, including basic physical exams, management of acute and chronic illnesses (e.g. asthma), care of sports-related injuries, academic and sports clearance, flu shots, diagnosis and treatment of STDs as well as gynecologic services.

Medical advice via phone can be made available during times when neither the student health center nor an associated Harvard Vanguard practice is open. Where diagnostic testing, lab services, specialty medical or surgical care is required, Harvard Vanguard can refer these cases across its practice sites.

Harvard Vanguard offers flexible arrangements to colleges and universities wishing to contract for our services. Individual students wishing to become patients of a Harvard Vanguard site directly should contact their nearest location.
