Prescription Refills
Prescriptions may be refilled by calling our Rx line for each unit:

On the Rx refill line please include:
- Your name
- Date of birth
- Your primary care physician
- Your daytime phone number
- Name of the medication
- Dose and how often you take it
- Pharmacy name and location
Please note:
- It may take two working days for the refill to be authorized and transmitted to your pharmacy. Please plan in advance accordingly and call during our workday hours.
- Use of after-hours or on-call service for routine prescription refills is discouraged.
- Refill requests without an office visit in the past year may require an appointment with your primary care provider.
Mail Order Rx Refills
- Prescriptions may be picked up or faxed to your mail order company of choice.
- Many insurance providers offer a prescription cost savings for using their mail service prescription drug program for your ongoing long term medications.
