Braintree Annex

Some services of the Behavioral Health department and the Educational Assessment Center are located at 150 Grossman Drive, in the office park directly across the street from Harvard Vanguard Medical Associates’ Braintree practice. The Educational Assessment Center provides expert assessments of students’ educational and learning needs. These assessments can then be used to plan educational services.
