The Harvard Vanguard Medical Associates Cornea Service offers comprehensive consultation and treatment of diseases of the cornea and external ocular surface. The Corneal Service consultations will encompass the evaluation and the management of all conditions related to the cornea and ocular surface, including keratoconus, corneal dystrophy, infectious keratitis, inflammatory and allergic conditions. The service offers the latest diagnostic capabilities and surgical treatments such as corneal topography and corneal transplantation. We are affiliated with the Massachusetts Eye and Ear Infirmary in Boston, where all the major corneal surgery is performed.
